Brown is responsible for all Legal and Compliance matters at PE Energy. Over the years, he has garnered appreciable experience in legal practice including contract drafting and negotiation. Prior to joining PE Energy, he had worked with reputable Commercial law firms and Corporations both in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, including Richard Akinjide, SAN & Co, Serenity Legal Union and Partners and OCS (UK) . His expertise cuts across wide areas of law and business. In course of his work, he has advised multinational clients on a wide range of his core practice areas of Regulatory Compliance, Oil and Gas, International Trade Law, Secured Credit and Commercial Arbitration. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the prestigious University of Benin, Nigeria and is qualified to practice as both Barrister and Solicitor in Nigeria. He also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Swansea University (Wales, United Kingdom) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from  Anglia Ruskin University (London Campus)
