PE Energy Completes Gas Turbine Servicing for FIPL Omoku Power Plant

PE Energy engineers recently carried out accessory gearbox installation and foundation base alignment servicing on a gas turbine at the First Independent Power Limited Omoku Power Plant. The project scope covered a range of services including dis-assembly and rigout of faulty accessory gearbox on GT-3; installation of new accessory gearbox; alignment of accessory gearbox to turbine; gas turbine foundation base alignment and soft foot correction. The project was carried out over 3 weeks beginning on the 30th of October 2018, and was completed on the 21st of November 2018.
